At 21 I became a team lead and learned early on what it means to take responsibility. But the safe career path never quite felt like me.
I quit my safe job for my dream.
At 24 I gave up my team lead position and quit my job to open my own crêperie, with zero hospitality experience. I grew up in France, surrounded by crêpes. Having my own crêperie is a full-circle moment for me.
LAMOUR is born.
In September 2024 my brother and I opened LAMOUR in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. We’ve run the crêperie together ever since.
My diary, just in public.
Since quitting, I’ve been sharing my journey on LinkedIn. First as a digital diary, today with more than 25,000 people. Since this year also on Instagram and TikTok.
Followers become guests.
Today, guests travel from all over Germany to eat crêpes at LAMOUR. With run clubs, a networking night for 100 founders and team events for companies, I bring my community into the crêperie.
